曼库索学者必须：
- 申请高中毕业生，美国.S. 美国公民，毕业于马萨诸塞州的一所高中；
- 在申请入学时申请英语专业或外国语大学指定的人文专业（见以下符合条件的专业）；
- 至少得3分.5 .申请时重新计算高中GPA；
- 以英语专业（曼库索英语奖学金）或指定的人文专业之一（曼库索人文奖学金）注册并保持连续注册. Mancuso English Scholars may not change their major; however Mancuso Humanities Scholars may change their majors as long as they select an eligible major that aligns with their specific Mancuso Scholarship;
- 由FAFSA和FSU财政援助办公室确定的经济需求证明（必须提交FAFSA）；
- 向FSU财政援助办公室报告收到的外部奖学金. 如果学生获得校外奖学金, 曼库索奖学金将从其他奖学金的金额中扣除。. 这样做的目的是让学生获得全额学费, 费用, FSU四个学年的住宿费；

应用程序需求
为了申请，学生必须：
- 完成 入学申请 2月15日前提交所需证件.
- 完成 曼库索奖学金申请 2月15日前.
- 在2月15日前提出两项建议. One recommendation from a high school counselor and one recommendation from either a high school English teacher (for the English Scholarship) or other teacher in a humanities area (for the Humanities Scholarship) who taught the student either during junior or senior year; an English teacher recommendation may also serve for a Humanities Scholarship application.
- 在2月15日之前提交免费的联邦学生援助申请.
注意：学生将在4月1日之前收到奖学金选择决定. 选择在FSU注册的被选中的学生必须在每年3月1日之前提交FAFSA.
